Trusted Development Lab ("the Controller") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of all visitors and clients in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the Spanish Ley Organica 3/2018 de Proteccion de Datos Personales.
1. Data We Collect
We may collect and process the following categories of personal data:
- Identity data: name, business designation.
- Contact data: email address, telephone number, postal address.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers.

2. Purpose of Processing

4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months unless an ongoing business relationship exists.
5. Data Sharing
Trusted Development Lab does not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Data may be shared with: (a) service providers acting as processors (hosting providers, email services) under written data processing agreements; (b) public authorities when legally required; (c) payment processors solely for transaction execution.
6. International Transfers
Where data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, we ensure adequate safeguards are in place, including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to: access your personal data (Art. 15); rectify inaccurate data (Art. 16); erase data ("right to be forgotten") (Art. 17); restrict processing (Art. 18); data portability (Art. 20); object to processing (Art. 21); and withdraw consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). Trusted Development Lab reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy. Changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Reimbursement Terms

1. General Policy
Trusted Development Lab strives for complete client satisfaction. Refund requests are evaluated based on the project milestone at which the cancellation or dispute occurs.
2. Milestone-Based Refunds
- Pre-Construction (Before Work Begins): Full refund of any advance payment within 14 business days.
- During Construction (Active Development): Refund of the percentage of the project not yet completed. Milestone payments already delivered are non-refundable.
- Post-Delivery (After Final Handover): No refund is available after the final deliverable has been accepted and deployed.
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable: domain registration fees; third-party software licenses; completed and approved milestone deliverables; scope additions requested after initial agreement.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund, contact [email protected] with your project reference and reason for the request. Refunds are processed within 14 business days of approval via the original payment method.
5. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes regarding refunds shall first be addressed through direct communication. If unresolved, the parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection law.
Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website and/or engaging the services of Trusted Development Lab, you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Scope of Services
Trusted Development Lab provides web development, infrastructure deployment, and digital engineering services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.
3. Payment Terms
Payments are due according to the milestone schedule defined in the project agreement. Invoices are payable within 14 days of issuance. Late payments may incur a statutory interest rate of 4% per annum as permitted under EU Directive 2011/7/EU on late payment in commercial transactions.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed deliverables are transferred to the Client. Pre-existing frameworks, tools, libraries, and code used by Trusted Development Lab retain their original licenses. The Client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all delivered work product.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information exchanged during the course of the project. This obligation survives termination of the agreement for a period of 24 months.
6. Limitation of Liability
Trusted Development Lab's total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
7. Warranties
Trusted Development Lab warrants that all deliverables will conform to the specifications defined in the project agreement for a period of 30 days following final delivery ("Warranty Period"). Defects reported within the Warranty Period will be resolved at no additional cost.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 15 days' written notice. The Client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Non-refundable third-party costs incurred on behalf of the Client remain the Client's responsibility.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and the European Union. Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Madrid, Spain.
10. Amendments
Trusted Development Lab reserves the right to amend these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active Clients at least 15 days before taking effect. Continued engagement after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
